ALTOONA, IOWA (April 2019) – Outlets of Des Moines (OutletsofDesMoines.com) will host the second annual Brews and Bites Food Truck and Craft Beer Festival on Saturday, April 27 from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Over a dozen local food trucks will join a wide variety of area craft beers to offer a myriad of delicious food and beverages. Live entertainment will take place during the entire eight hours of the festival and will spotlight local singers and entertainers. Admission is free.

“We are excited to again bring Brews and Bites to Des Moines,” explains Outlets of Des Moines General Manager TJ Just. “Last year we welcomed thousands of visitors to this festival and we know this year’s line-up of exceptional food trucks and craft beers will make for a fun-filled, delicious day at the center. We are also pleased to present a wonderful array of musical performances throughout the day that will keep the crowd entertained,” he concludes.

Breweries:

Twelve beers on tap including local options Reclaimed Rails & Brightside Aleworks.

Entertainment:

Brian Herrin - 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Bruce Day - 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Brad Seidenfeld - 5:45 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
